My friend invited me for casual drinks and “catching-up” over beers, then she told me she was getting a divorce.
(I made this a few years ago, it was my first attempt at voiceover with music, what do you think, worth continuing the pursuit?)

I was asked to go to Blogworld in LA this year as part of the .tv advocate team. I knew I’d be interviewing weblebrities, what I didn’t realize however, is I’d also be in front of the camera. Anyone who has seen my film Life in Perpetual Beta, knows that the one thing mostly left out of the film is my face! The interviews were incredible fun, and an learning exercise in humility. Let me know if you’ve got any on camera tips for me, and enjoy the interviews with some of today’s top bloggernauts.
Woot! I’ve been asked to be a .tv advocate, which basically means I get to talk about the why and how of online video! Don’t I look like a pro?
Really into the video quality of the 4s. This is one of my favorite doors to pass at night, love the way it’s lit up. The video quality is pretty clear, I encourage you to go full screen on the 15sec test, it’s pretty amazing that this much quality came out of a camera phone. Audio – I haven’t experimented much with it yet, the audio you here is rain, I took it at about 9 at night. I uploaded to youtube straight from my phone.
Hidden in the garage of Chris Stots in my neighborhood of Chicago, is his childhood dream car, the Stutz 8. He took it out for a drive one fine fall day in October and gave any neighbor who asked a ride in his car. You can’t tell here, but most all of the body of this car is made of wood. It was the highlight of my day.
The kids and I were learning to make stop motion animation, so we made this contest entry for the Watch Dot TV contest. I think it turned out pretty great considering we’ve never done it before. To learn more about the video contest go to http://Facebook.com/WatchdotTV, they’re offering a chance to win 10k. Contest ends Oct 23rd.
I carried a huge box home from the post office today… on my head! Inside was all that you see here and a shoulder mount. I’m sorry that there weren’t enough weddings in Boise Idaho to sustain the guy I bought all this stuff from, but hot damn, what a deal for me!
PS. I filmed this with the 8mm app on my iPhone. Love the old timey camera noise a little less than when I first started playing with it!
